All photographs and content on this website are the property of Grace Gladwell Photography and are protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission. You may not use any content on this website without the express written consent of Grace Gladwell.
Usage Rights
When you book a session, you receive a non-exclusive, personal-use license to use the photographs you purchase or download from this website for personal use only. You may not use the photographs for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Grace Gladwell. Commercial use of the photographs may require a separate license and fee.
Sharing
You are welcome to:
- Share your purchased images on social media or personal websites
- Print your images for personal use
Please keep in mind:
- You may only repost photographs that you have purchased from Grace Gladwell Photography
- You may not use images for commercial or third-party purposes without prior written permission
- If your images are intended for business or professional use—such as on a company website, social media, or internal publications—a separate usage license may apply.
- Do not apply filters, crops, or edits as this alter's the photographer’s work
If you share your photos with a third party (if you are given permission to in your contract) (e.g., company, agency, publication), these same rules apply to them as well.
Credit
It is requested and apprecaited that you give credit to Grace Gladwell Photography whenever possible.

Image Usage by Grace Gladwell Photography
Selected images from your session may be used by Grace Gladwell Photography for portfolio, website, social media, email newsletter or photo exhibitions. If you prefer that your images remain private, please let Grace know—your comfort comes first.
Limitation of Liability
By using this website, you understand that Grace Gladwell Photography isn’t responsible if something goes wrong while you're using the site or the images on it. For example, if the website isn't working properly, or if using a photo causes a problem on your end, Grace Gladwell Photography can’t be held legally or financially responsible for any losses or issues that happen. This includes—but is not limited to—direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
In any event, liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the photographs purchased or downloaded from this website.
Grace Gladwell Photography is not responsible for issues caused by circumstances outside her control (e.g. weather, illness, equipment failure, file loss, etc.). In such cases, rescheduling or refund options will be offered where appropriate.
Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings during sessions. Grace Gladwell Photography is not liable for injuries or damages unless due to gross negligence.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
